Fayken Border Collies are proud to have owned and shown "Taz" (Show Champion Tonkory Palmerston at Fayken J.W. ) to become the all-time top winning Border Collie in the UK. "Taz" remains today the UK breed record holder (45 CC's) even though retired from competing in the show ring in 2005.
His progeny continue in his footsteps, several of which reside here at Fayken - 4 show champion children, and two promising young male descendents.
In 2011, "Smokey" (Sashdan Smokin Joe) was imported from Australia and two days after arrival won the dog CC & BOB at the Southern Border Collie Club Championship Show. Smokey became the first Border Collie to gain his champion title in 2012.
